OSPITALITÀ
All the guests who come to the monastery are received like Christ, because one day He will say: “I was a guest and you welcome me” and honor should be given to all, but especially to our brethren and pilgrims.” (RB Chapter 53)
The monastery is open to all those who wish to stop for a little refreshment, but also to students or those who simply wish to visit the beautiful Roman capital. It is possible to visit the monastery every day both for an interview with the Mother Abbess, and to stop to pray with the nuns, or to stop at night. The monastery has a large guesthouse that can accommodate single people, families or groups. The rooms differ in single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. Each room is equipped with a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe, a desk and a bedside table. In summer there is the possibility of having an air conditioner. The guesthouse is also equipped with a room with TV, a small kitchen and a chapel.
HOW TO GET TO US IN ROME
From Roma Tiburtina station: Take the train, direction Cesano or Bracciano, and alight/get off at the Monte Mario stop. Outside the station take the circular (bus) 912 and get off at the Benedictine / Profile stop on street of the Benedictine. Walk and after a few meters on foot No.50, you have already arrived at the monastery.
From Roma Termini station: take the metro to Valle Aurelia, from there take the train, direction Cesano or Bracciano, and get off at the Monte Mario stop. Outside the station take the circular (bus) 912 and get off at the Benedictine / Profile stop on street of the Benedictine. After a few meters walk on foot House No.50, you have arrived at the monastery.
